Aside from sam ash dropping my new american std. guitar in sienna sunburst and cracking the finish and putting more than a few dents in it when i sent it to get set up, now it seems every time i bend the trem bar the low e string goes terribly out of tune but it seems all the others are fine. i am very happy with my strat but very disappointed with the set-up i received. this can only be a temporary problem since when they cracked it they immediately recognized their mistake and bought me a new one. Thanks in advance for the solutions you guys are awesome!

Wow, shoot that luthier! That's shameful.

(That advice was strictly figurative...)

It's likely a problem at the nut. Try lubrication first. If that doesn't help, you may need it widened just a bit.
