Then it's a Lipstick Red Limited 40th Ann. MIA Standard which turned into a beautiful Crimson Red Burst hue throughout the years. My apologies.

Isn't lipstick red a full solid color?
The strat in question has a burst around the edges and is a transparent red in the middle showing the grain?
What has everybody got against Crimson Burst! :D

There's a huge misinformation regarding the change to the DeltaTone pickups.

The feature was added during the second half of 1997 and not in late 1999, date during which Fender switched to the universal HSH rout- paving the way to the American Series, introduced the following year.

Yep that info is from Fender so it is not always correct I will admit that but my question was ... is lipstick red solid or transparent since the ops guitar is transparent in the middle.. :D

Exactly, Jimmy!
Complementing, my red strato is not a 40th anniversary as said Fender in my post #1. This you can be sure.
