Anyone recognize these markings on the neck and pocket of a strat? I'm being told it's a parts caster with a Fullerton reissue body. The neck has a Fender strat decal on the headstock, but I've seen those on copies before. The "dred" stamp seems too blatant, and I'm not even sure it qualifies as Dakota Red. Here are the pics:

The case could be SKB, and the pickguard is a 59-62 11 hole jobbie.
A proper set of pictures is needed, but the lack of production markings/stamps etc is indicating that it's not Fender.

We need a lot more, from what you're NOT showing, might as well be a fake.

We NEE-EED pictures, we LIVE for pictures. :D

That doesn't look anything like a Fender neck pocket.

The "DRED" is obviously from an owner/shop/mfg. who decided that was the color.

C'mon, take more pictures......

Hi Oliade677, the body is also incorrect.

This website is a definitive resource for legitimate Fullerton Reissue guitars. The neck pocket does not compare to the guitars shown.

Hope that helps.

What is the visual difference between the OP's body and one of the re-issues pictured here?

Two extra screw holes in the neck pocket for one thing.

I get a Japanese vibe from the OP's pictures.
