Hi I have a Highway 1 Strat ( upgrade ) and the neck pup is experiencing a noticeable drop in volume. I always have the tone set on 4-5 and even when I turn the tone right up there is still a volume difference. The sound has lost it's 'fatness'. Apart from that it's still a mega sounding gtr. Oh just to add, it was working one day and not the next sort of problem. I have changed the caps to see if was the problem but no. And I have chaged the resistor. Thanks in advance

I'd start again with the wiring, check everything again.

A "dying pickup" is not common, in my experience.
