Who is this "Robby Robertson"? Did he play with Stevy Ray Vaughan, Eddy Van Halen and Ritchy Blackmore?

He was a member of the group, "The Band." From my perspective, the fore runner to all the "folky" rock, blues, bluegerassy, type bands that you are seeing these days.

Check out the movie, "The Last Waltz."

Whoosh. My post meant to say "please respect the man enough to at least get his name right".
Apparently y/ie misspellings are now so common that people don't notice four of them in a row.

As I have learned with texting, sometimes sarcasm gets lost in the writing. Thanks for the correction.

I'm digging all the bursts! :D

I voted for the 2TSB/Brownie but I don't have one anymore.

These days my only burst is my custom "Glossy Relic", Hwy One Nitro body, 3TSB, natural and applied relic-ing and finished in Gloss Poly.

Amalfitano SP pups, Base Plate on Bridge pup, Master Vol & Tone and a Blender pot for Tone2. Callaham bridge with short Gilmour pop-in bar.

Jimmie Vaughan 'Soft V' Maple Neck, refinished with a Glossy headstock and Satin Fretboard, Aged Ivory Tusq XL Nut.
Gotoh SDS510 H.A.P-M, Vintage Locking/Staggered Tuners.

It's not intended to look exactly like an old guitar. I wanted to find a balance of historic and modern, not only in looks but electronics and hardware.

It plays like the Cream on top of the Milk Jar. :D

The burst members of the family. I'd LOVE to see a red to black burst on a strat or tele like my ibanez.
