Send the serial # MZ7310125 to Fender Consumer Relations - consumerrelations@fender.com .

It can take a couple days, but they're good at responding.

cheers!

Fender can only tell you about the guitar as it left Ensenada.

If the current owner has upgraded or modded it in any way, all bets are off. You'll need to determine what's been altered and whether you deem such changes to be improvements or detriments.

All for the best to be sure -- you'll be starting with a clean slate.

There's nothing wrong with modifications or alterations so long as they are quantifiable improvements. Esoteric changes (like an Earl Scheib re-paint or a backyard relic job) usually diminish an instruments value and utility.

I can't speak for Rob but from everything I know they don't use a 7.5" radius unless it is some kind of custom shop vintage reissue or custom order. 9.5" is the standard used for a long time and as far as the off the shelf lines I never heard of having a neck radius option choice. However I know on at least some of the USA and MIM reissues they come with a 7.25" which is vintage spec.

As always different strokes. I prefer a 12" radius. Granted I am open to a compound. Might have to try one out.
