Hello group! I'm new to the forum and new to the world of Fender. While out walking a few weeks ago with my wife, we stopped into a local music store just in time to watch a salesman put a Lite Ash Strat on display for $250. Natural finish. The guitar is in beautiful shape, but apparently a UPS employee was kind enough to damage the guitar by taking a small chip of wood (the size of a dime) out of the headstock. I had never seen this model before, but once I picked it up and played a while, I fell in love. Gonna leave the damaged headstock alone (character), but I would like to replace the pickguard. My question is what make/model pickguard do I get without having to drill holes into my new baby? I'd like a perfect fit, if possible. Thanks!

Maybe a little more detail is in order, it's a natural finish, Lite Ash Stratocaster, made in Korea. Stock Seymour Duncan pickups. Produced around 2004-2006.

I'm not sure how much parts commonality there is between the Samick-built Strats and those from Fuji-Gen or Corona.

Yes, single ply, black pickguard. I like the look, it's just getting a bit worn. Thanks for the links!

you could go to a 3rd party supplier, and buy a new guard without holes, and use the old one as a template to drill the holes in the new one, if you are at all handy, and careful.
