You can't post pics straight from your PC, you have to upload them first to a webhost.
Instructions here: Nutter's Quick Start Guide

Post a few more, preferably ones that are in focus, and we might be able to tell you if it's real or not.

The pics you've posted are too poor in quality to be absolutely sure, but the signs are that its made from legitimate Fender parts.
Email customer support with the serial number and see what they say - it could be that it's a partscaster.

From what I can see from your photos, it's a 2004/05 American Series Stratocaster

Looks real to me. Make sure the truss rod works, the electronics work and the frets are in descent shape. Hopefully for that price I hope its not stolen!

Go with your instincts.
It might be legit (certainly looks to be), but the price is too low, which means that it's likely to be stolen.

Personally?
I'd pass on it!

hi Muaddib13 (DUNE!),
It seems to track back ok from what i can see---serial number tracks to an American Strat rosewood fingerboard in Black Fender part number 011-7400-706 completed 3/9/2005 and shipped to Europe shortly thereafter.
That's not an authentication, but its looking like its right (though fuzzy ).:O)

Cheers,
rob

No, 2005 was not an anniversary for Fender or the Strat.
