I was practicing using no strap locks (will never do that again), and the guitar fell right out my hands and hit fretboard down into the carpet. It still plays great, is holding it's tuning, however there are two cracks on the body where the body meets the neck. If I put pressure on the headstock I can feel a tiny bit of wiggle from where the body connects to the neck. Again, it's still holding tune and playing. Is there something I can do to prevent any further damage?

Hard to diagnose over the net even with pics, but post some and we'll see if we can tell whether they are in the wood or just in the finish.

The picture makes it seem much worse than it is. I've been playing it for several hours and it seems fine. Stays in tune and is still keeping intonation.

I had dropped my first Strat, just after a year I received the damn thing; way back in 2011. As a matter of fact, I joined Fender Forums because I got all freaked out and started asking people about what I was supposed to do. Luckily enough, only a little bit of the paint on the body got chipped off. From the pictures that you've posted, it's a bit hard to determine the condition of your guitar, at the moment. However, if the intonation's good and the overall playability's fine, then I think you don't have much to worry about. Could you post a few more pictures?

Mikeph0210, you might want to check the neck screws and the neck alignment.

Make sure it hasn't shifted.

I've seen lots of Fender guitars with cracks like that, sometimes it's a wood crack but more often it's where the poly coat has suddenly snapped. It's almost like a plastic coating on top of the wood, expose it to a sudden stress and it will crack instead of bending.

Having said that, the OP's guitar is cracked on both sides of the neck join and that suggests that the wood has indeed split to some degree. Not immediately life-threatening, it takes an incredible amount of force to actually separate the wood into two piecs but I'd place it high up on the replacement list now.

The bad part is this would seriously dent any resale value for the guitar, ebay buyers don't like to see that kind of damage to a guitar. Long story short, it looks wounded but not permanently crippled.

That's actually exactly what it is.

You will have to remove the neck to see whether or not the wood is cracked.

The small crack on the bass side of the neck pocket doesn't look fatal (it's likely to be the finish, not the wood), but the larger one is impossible to assess without taking the neck off.

A qualified luthier ( or any skill repairman ) can put some very liquid glue ( from the neck pocket ) and guitar body will be stronger than a new one .

I was thinking the same thing -- You will need to do this to see if you have a finish crack or a body crack. If it is a body crack, then you definitely want to repair it now (professionally, as was already suggested by another). As for the body, there are repairs that can be made to that, too, so it will be much less noticeable -- OR, just just accept that life's natural relic process has begun. So, yes, it is wounded, but I think more investigative work is needed here. Although, I think the fact that it is playing well with no ill effects bodes well in your favor.
