Wow - great guitar. And I love the big headstock. Every time I play my black MIM Std, I lonnnnnng for that 22nd fret. That is huge. Also, I put in Tex Mex pups in my guitar, and they are great. The only thing that guitar of yours needs (IMO) are better saddles. Also, if you have the older smaller trem block (I think they updated it in 2008?) make sure sure you get one of the larger newer ones put in it.

I find it weird that they are calling it a "Standard."

Shirley they could have come up with a more clever designation.
