I'm putting 10-52s on my strat and the bridge keeps moving up. Do I just tighten each of the scres on the back (inside) to put more tension on the springs? How far? Is it just trial and error?

You put on thicker strings so the tension has increased. You'll need to tighten up those springs until the bridge is level again. It's simple enough to do.

You're also going to find that your intonation is off. Instructions on how to fix that are found in the Support link at the top of the page under guitar setup.
