Compared side by side with other single coils, the N3's in my Am Dlx will sound a bit subdued (and quiet). But when I get on stage and crank an amp with a band playing, it has no problem sounding great.

DiMarzio makes about thirty different stacked-coil humbuckers for Strats. I have several different types arrayed in three different guitars. Great pickups.

Can anyone tell me about the Lace Sensor Holy Grail pups? I did a search and only came up with two posts. How do they compare to the LS Gold that everyone seems to like?
