Appears that they took their time picking the body woods for these guitars. 8)

..How does she sound and play???
ABS :D

Fabulously! The feel and sound are superb, with the neck feel a bit chunkier than my "regular" 2012 Am Std. The CS '54s are killer pups, and give me everything from shimmering glassy tones on the bridge, to the solid, beefy, piano-like tones on the neck. I have been using it with a Bassman and just loving the clean tones. The neck pup really gets some heavy thump from the amp on the bass channel, very solid.

Sweetwater did a fantastic job on the setup, straight neck, low action, intonation perfect. All that I had to do was tune-up and it played beautifully. Very sweet axe! :D

I will try to record some sound samples, maybe a video, and post here when I get the chance.

OK, a couple of videos to demo the sounds from the guitar. Use headphones or good speakers to get an idea of how the guitar sounds.....if you can stand the playing. :o

One is using some simple picking, and one using some simple chords, just to demo the sounds of each position of the pup selector switch, starting with the neck (pos 5) and stepping through each position and playing the same thing over again. The amp is set clean, no pedals, fairly low volume.

Hey that was good, Nice Guitar, what is it?

Just kidding of course.

I gave your stable of videos a listen as well. Those blues numbers were well done. I liked the technique of multiple ghosted images on "My Blues".

I also subscribed so I hope you can post at least one new video a week for my entertainment!

DOH!!! Thanks.

Actually, I have some others that I should post, so stay tuned. I still need to do one comparing the "Texas Heats" and "Red White and Blues" speakers. I get sidetracked a lot, new guitars, new amps,.....oh look, a squirrel!

Good, I'm hoping to hear you rip it up on the 60th Strat.

I played a 2nd lead to "My Bues...." and decided it needed a slide player and Horn section. :D

It's tough to finish these projects, I know, we have squirrels too!
