The 57/62 are true single coils and not noiseless.

They're still listed on the Fender site, and shown as available for purchase direct from them: http://www.fender.com/guitar-bass-parts/pickups-and-preamps/fender-original-5762-strat-pickups-set-of-3/

Musician's Friend and others still have them in stock for a few dollars less.

Used, they're plentiful on eBay and Craigs List.

If you buy used, be aware that there are three different versions. There's the '80s thru late '90s originals, then they slightly revised them. I'm not sure exactly what they changed, but most people say the changes were an improvement.

Both of those don't have RW/RP middle pickups, so they're not noise-cancelling in any position. (Just like original vintage Strats.)

But some Strat models got a modified set with a RW/RP middle pickup. (I think those had plastic insulation on the wires instead of cloth-covered wires.) Those will give you noise-cancelling in the neck+middle position and the middle+bridge position. They weren't available separately, just installed in guitars, but you can find them on eBay/CL/Kijiji.

Edited to add: the '57/'62 set with RW/RP middle is still featured in the Mexican Classic Player'50s and possibly some other models.

Dave Murray has the RWRP 57/62 middle pickup installed on his namesake signature guitar which sports a 5-way selector and a Floyd Rose locking tremolo.

This guitar looks very Gilmourish in appearance except for the neck shape and the pickups!
