I just got this baby :)
It is MIM Fender Stratocaster made in 2006.
I need more info please.
Is it CP60?
Are these real custom shop pickups inside?

The guitar appears to be a Classic Player '60s model from 2006 but I'm doubtful about the authenticity of those pickups.

I thought she wrote her name on the pickups.

My understanding was that she signed her name on the pickups she wound herself, but that she also supervised a small part of the assembly line and personally trained and supervised the workers on that part of the assembly line -- she initialed the pickups wound by those people.

If my vague memory is right, Mike Eldred once wrote that the initials meant "checked by", pickups could be machine or hand wound. A signature meant "hand wound by".
(This was most likely somewhere in the now lost Ask M.E. -section...)

But, shouldn't CS(69?) pickups have a CS sticker, too? At least I'd never get rid of that, so I share Arjay's doubts...

What gives me pause is the penmanship inconsistency of the three inscriptions and the lack of Custom Shop stickers on each of the bobbins, as with this genuine set......

^^ +1 The penmanship on the OP's pups do not even come close to the real McCoy's...
someone seems to have forged the initials in the intent to defraud....
Blunt but quite obvious those are not genuine Custom Shop pups...

Yes, that's not even close on the writing style.

I'll vote for the other side, that they are authentic. They sure look like CS 69 pups and the lettering doesn't look as rushed as in the picture Arjay posted.

As far as the CS sticker goes, you used to only find them on the sets sold separate from guitars. The ones installed on CS guitars didn't have stickers. So the fact that there are no stickers doesn't concern me.

I hope the OP is enjoying that guitar. It should sound great.

Rushed or not, the # 9 's distinctions are quite different and so are the A's .
The top of the A curves to the left on the originals so it's about the small details .
We all have our own unique characteristics when writing, subtle they may be, they are still quite distinguishable in the small details as how one forms the letters... :?:

Yes yes yes.
AY or not, real CS pups or not - all that matters is that it plays & sounds good.
And, there is always the chance Ms. Y really signed those herself. So neskor: love the mystery, keep playing (loud).

We give the pickups benefit of the doubt, and you pay top dollar for Korean cheap copy pickups with Jane Doe's scribles...

Gimme a Sharpie and I can turn any Fender pickup into an “AY”.
