Probably because of the cold weather here, but the fret ends on my '06 Stratocaster Deluxe seem a lot sharper than they were. Whats the remedy for this?

In those instances, gentle use of a fret file and emery cloth is the usual remedy.

If you mean that the ends of the frets are sticking out past the edge of the fret board it would most likely indicated a lack of humidity. It's referred to as fret sprout.

That's the cure for "Fret Sprout"; Fret End File & Painters Tape, add patience as needed!

I use a curving motion, following the curvature of the fret ends. Be sure to stop filing once you start to file through the tape. Finish by gently taking the sharp edge off of the rounded part of the fret with the file, then sand the edges lightly for a smooth end.

If someone hasn't said so yet, this is caused my "neck shrinkage" due to dehidration. Maryland is really bad about this.

Don't forget to get a humidifier.
