Suggestions?

I don't want vintage style just vintage sized. I'd like something more like the graphtech ones. This is for a fixed bridge so I'm wondering about grounding if I get something like the tusq ones...

You won't need to concern yourself with grounding if you choose non-conducting saddles. The bridge will be grounded and the strings will be in contact with the bridge at the ball ends.

It is a through body hardtail. The ball ends are separated from any other metal by an inch and a half of wood.

I suppose it isn't a huge issue since the strings run along the edge of the holes in the bridge and are grounded there. Screw it. Ordering. Find out it isn't grounded at the gates.

On a Strat hardtail, the strings do touch the grounded bridgeplate where they come up out of the body and then bend toward the saddles. If Graphtechs are your desired choice they'll be fine.

There are block-style bare brass saddles available in 2 3/16" spacing, but I'm not aware of any steel or chrome 2 3/16" block saddles.

I think the offset part would be a problem with those.

Both of those links are for modern narrow 2 1/16" spacing, not the vintage wide 2 3/16" spacing the OP is looking for. Plus the offset intonation screws won't work on a vintage-spec bridge. The second link says " Not for use with the wider string spacing bridges of the American Vintage Strat."

If it weren't for the offset screws, you could put narrow saddles on a wide bridge, but they'd have gaps between them and tend to "walk" side to side (especially with light strings or heavy trem use).

Here's a company that offers both wide and narrow brass block saddles:

Those are similar to the saddles on my Korean Strat with the alternate intonation screw location but my Korean Strat has 2 1/16 spacing. Like you said you could still use them. A ⅛ difference divided over 5 spaces would not be all that noticeable. Mine are bright chrome so somebody must make them. Maybe there's a Fender part number.

When compared to the American Standard (top) the Korean Bridge seems to share no parts at all

The graphtechs are a vast improvement. The saddles on the super cheap fixed bridge were ringy. These aren't.
