Post subject: How Long Have you owned your strat?

I have owned my strat for 17 years and still looks new and still sounds new and it never has had any thing wrong with it and I plan on keeping it for another 17+ years

I have a 94 MIM strat I bought new and a 98 MIA - also bought new.

The 94 MIM looks brand new. The 98 looks like a well-played, well-loved 70's strat - and I love that aspect - that it looks like a musicians guitar from being played and gigged with so much.

my vintage 1968 strat is my very first strat i got it
in 1973 my father paid a little over $400 for it in 73
today its worth $30,000. my 2nd strat i got is a vintage
1970 strat that i got in 1975 age 13. i have a 1990 american standard
that i got in 1990 and a 2002 american standard i got in 2002
i also have 3 highway ones. 2 late upgrade 2006's and 1 2007
the one is a dahpne blue with maple fret board that guitar is no longer available. 2006 hot roded MIM standard strat.
