Hi Dan (I concur with danagos, great name)

1) Upload the pics to google photos, flickr or your favorite photo hosting website
2) get the public link from the uploaded photo, most of these photo hosting websites have a share button that gives you a public link to that file, another way is the right click on the large version of the photo and then right-click on the pick and choose "Copy image url" (that will copy the url to your clipboard)
3) Then come back to this board, create a new post on your thread in use the "Img" button at the top of the "Post a reply" page to make this happen in your post

Code:
[img]http://yourpicurl.com/guitargoodness.jpg[/img]

and if you do it right it'll end up looking like this

Thanks for the info Rob. I'll be writing that model number down. Fender should be emailing the spec sheet to me, I hope.

Ok, for those of you that wanted some pics, here ya go. I know this is a fender page but I couldn't resist throwing in my les paul. Now, I feel like I have the best of both worlds. I should have wiped it down before taking the pics, but I was in a hurry to start fingering it. Look at the insane grain on this baby!!! I think she deserves a name. "Insane Ashley Grain!!!"

Ok, a little side note and back story on this guitar. I had been working on the east side of town and had to drive by the music store on my way home. For some reason I had an itch for an ash telecaster so; I thought I would stop in and try the new Baja Tele. I had envisioned buying a new neck and some texas specials from fender to create the perfect (for me) Tele. I grabbed the Tele off the rack, a chord, and went into the sound room. Plugged that Tele in and thought wow this really sounds good. I look up and there staring me in the face was this insane grain on an ash Stratocaster! I plugged it in and holy $@!&. I was like what Tele? The tag said 699.00. I looked around and quietly walked to the counter and asked if I could put it on layaway. It said used, but I was thinking 2012-13. I had no idea this guitar was 15 years old, until I did some research and with some help of all you kind folks (thank you). I went and picked it up today as you can see and there were several people in the music shop that were disappointed that someone bought it already. It just goes to show that sometimes you have to trust your gut and pull the trigger. This grain is truly insane and custom shop worthy in my opinion. Thanks again to everyone that helped me pull the trigger.

Fender offers their American Standard Telecaster with the natural ash body option but not the Strat unfortunately.

They did a natural ash MIA Standard Strat with Texas Specials a few years ago but this guitar was a limited-edition run and didn't last so long.
