Hi I have and 1982 57 reissue and the b string seems to have started squeaking at the nut on a bend. Any one else ever had this issue? How did you fix it? Thanks Much!

Yes, you got to lube your nuts.

Some people swear by Nut Sauce. Others use graphite powder.

Hey guys,
thanks for the advice and i'll give it a try. Strange thing is that i have had this ax since it was new and i never needed it before. It has turned into my main one lately cause i just love the feel of the neck. I'll let you know how it goes and thanks again!

How are your frets? I used to have a guitar that had some bad Fret wear and on bends the e and b string would catch a high point on the Fret and make a weird noise. The guitar needed a refret badly, but it's worth approximately nothing so it's in the attic now.
