1994 Anniversary strat, sunbust.
How can I find out what wood my strat body is? And what kind of pickups are loaded in this guitar. I love everything about this strat sound, tone, feel in my hands, neck.
Just am very interested in the wood and pickups. I don't plan on changing anything.
Would appreciate so accurate feed back, so where on the Fender web site I might find this info. Thanks...

Guessing (select/swamp) ash & '54 Strat Single Coil pickups.
But to be sure, contact Fender Customer Relations with the serial number.

Posting some pics here will also help. It could also be alder and American Standard pickups. 1994 was the Strats 40th anniversary and everyone of the US made Strats had the 40th emblem on the headstock...so it really does depend on which model. The two color sunburst Custom Classics Series had an ash body and Custom Shop SC 50's pickups with beveled magnets. Depends on which guitar on which page of the Fender Frontline, pg 19 or 20 (Fall 1994 Vol 14).

FWIW
