First of all I would like to thank everyone for their answers in the previous two persons topics were very helpful
Once again, wanting to help the Stratocaster which I found on the auction:

https://imageshack.com/a/6rab/1

I spoke with the owner and he said that the guitar is in good condition. It is supposedly a model Highway One. The owner said he did not like the matte paint with wax so he wanted to give it a gloss ... if at all such treatments are used on matt paintwork? or just wants to cheat me. After tomorrow I will go to survey whether this model should pay attention to something specific?

The guitar appears to be precisely what the seller purports it to be.

I know many Highway 1 owners who have polished the original satin finish to a high luster, using carnuba wax and a low-speed buffer.

Don't pay more than it worth , it is a good guitar but worth less than an American standard

I used scratch and swirl/polishing compound by hand to gloss up mine.

+1

I believe these guitars look much nicer with a traditional gloss finish.

K because I just bought a trem arm 4 my strat and while I was putting it in it snapped and a piece of it is stuck in the bridge so I need to get a new bridge and I don't have a lot of money for one

You should need 2-7/32" string spacing bridge. Measure distance from farthest apart screws center to center.
You may be able to drill the broken bar out from underneath if you take the bridge off the guitar.

I love the look of my black Hwy1 that I buffed to a soft shine, using some buffing compound and a cottom T-shirt.
