These are my guitars; the first picture is an acoustic I bought at WALMART! It has Rose wood sides and back; a beautiful spuce top, a built in tuner/pickup, 1/4" and balanced output jacks.
Any idea who made it? There's no name on it. It came w/a hard case for $186.00 American! It has a 1/2 size or so body and a full size scale.
If any of you want to see some close ups I'll post them, just ask.
The Pic behind the first acoustic is a frame up of pictures of a Bass my step daughter gave me for Christmas; very cool; maybe some time I'll post that too.
Over in the corner in some of the pictures you can see 1 of 2 racks I have for my guitars.
I know some folks have more guitars than I and some less; I hope to continue my collecting but I'm just like most of us; it's a slow process!
The oldest one I have is the EC; then the Sigma acoustic; the Squire, then the Firebird, the LP and the LP jr.The resonator,, the Tele and lastly the Strat X11; she arrived on the 8th of May 08. There's one of me holding the Stratocaster 12.

Wow, that is a LOUD birdseye on the front of that Epi LP. Man! It's the white Strat with Sensors for me, though. Or the 60th Anni Tele...

Remind me, what was your exact address again? And when are you out...?

Fender into Marshall: that's RIGHT!

Enjoy your hoard, dna9656. It rocks most mightily.

It's MOST GRATIFYING that you guys like my collection!
I've always liked that Birdseye but never really noticed how promenatly it stands out till I took that photo; funny huh?
The white strat with the Lace sensors is a $125.00 Squier I picked up during an adventure in San Fransico; I put some Ping tuners on it; blocked the trem and it has the original pickups from the pewter EC Strat pictured. I upgraded the EC to Noisless as you can see in the pick. Would sell it sans the pickups; they cost more than the axe! It plays just fine and is very light weight. I do have the POS pickups that came on the Squier.

Ha, out of that lot I picked the Squier! Didn't look at the headstock: I saw the Lace Sensors and the maple neck and that was all I needed!

I've never felt inclined to swap out the pickups on a stock US strat, but I have Sensors in a couple of project guitars and they're great. My usual answer to all those "what pickups do you recommend?" threads that come through here...

Anyway. Turn your Marshall up to 11 and rock out, man!

Cheers - C

Thanks; the ACTUAL REASON those are on the Squier is that I'm too cheap to buy any pickups for a 125.00 guitar that will cost more than the guitar! Kinda like using $1,200.00 tires on a $50.00 pickup truck.
Do you have an email? I have a myspace... dna9656....

Cheers - C

Ah, 'fraid I don't post my email, due to a tiresome troll experience on another site. And sadly I live far, far away, so your excellent collection is safe from my attentions. Which is a great shame, from where I'm sitting, just looking back over your pics.

Be interested to get a better look at those other amps, mind you... Are those windows triple glazed?

Just double glaze on the windows.....
The amps are the DSL 50, a Carvin X-100 Series 60 Watt model I bought new in 81 and a Peavey(SP?) Solid state Chorus 70. It has reverb, chorus and overdive; I keep it cuase it sounds very much like EC on the Dominos in concert CD using Brownie. Any idea of his set up for those concerts? Sure love that tone... I have the book describing his setups (supposedly for each concert... yeah right) but it talked about guitars and picks fer cryin' out loud; not much amp info...
