I just was looking on Ebay for no apperent reason and found this Splatter Stratocaster. Has anyone heard of it? what do you think? I'm just kinda curious. I think some of them look pretty osm!

yeah it was just a MIM standard. they just dripped color on em and spun em around. cool idea.

It's a MIM standard, was released in 2003

I think they look great 8)
A matching pickguard would be awesome though, or a rear-routed version

Agreed, I couldn't have a loud guitar like that! Blimey! My track record?? Sounds like you know something I don't! Care to share Doc? lol! They call them the Splattercasters. I see what they did there, I see what they did!

I almost bought one of those puppies at Guitar Center but shortly after that Fender released a really sweet MIM model with a quilted maple top and cherry sunburst finish that I couldn't pass up.

It was pretty cool that each one was different like the old Spin Art toy
