Oh hey here's some advice for you, calling someone ignorant for an ice breaker,
then wondering why they don't want to have a conversation with you borders mental.
You take care now and don't forget your meds.

i've noticed that what changes the tone for me in the most significant way out of everything, is the type of plectrum i use, and the angle of attack i use with it, thanks for the advice though.
i've played alot of guitars due to working with them, and i was always very underwhelmed by the more expensive ones. sure they look pretty, but so do some of the mid range ones.
the "best" feeling guitar i've played to date i have to say is that Squier Classic vibe 50's tele.... looks like i'll be picking it up then!. now for an amp. i played through a gorgeous amp before, i think it was a Peavey classic 50's (i think it was a delta blues). anyone know anything about them?

I own a Peavey Delta Blue. They are really good all around amps. Not too expensive and pretty durable.

+1 !

I think it's a very versatile Amp. I have the Delta Blues 115 and that 15" Blue Marvel is terrific.

The amp also lends itself well to tweaking the Glass and getting extra nuance from the Tone !

cheers!

OKay... Great you enjoy your... uh Squire.
I am a Knight, I need a bit more pro battle axe myself.
Peace

No you're not a Knight, just a condescending douche who didn't like it when someone didn't bow down to your genius!

If the guy likes the tone of a Squier, then let it be, don't look down on him. Your guitars aren't the end all either, they are just what you like.

Chances are, fifteen more forum members just added you to their "foe list".

Keep it up, pal.

As for your playing, I found it about as thrilling and stimulating as watching "Mr. Ed" reruns.

im not gonna slate you. you're a much faster guitarist than me, but from what i've learned in the last 22 years of playing. "playing faster doesn't mean playing better". there's no soul in what you showed us there, you got anything about more erm.. full sounding?

Blood, Guts, and Victory? What fantasy land are you living in? Did not realize you had served in the US Military for 28 years like I did. I actually know about Blood, REAL GUTS, and Victory. I could snap your fat flabby azz neck in about three seconds time. You are a joke and have NO idea who you are calling out as a whimp.

Go back to your facebook metal band and wank away.

I am outta here, don't have this kind of time to suffer a fool.
