I just started playing the guitar last year and my brother gave me his old guitar, this is a 2003 Mexican Fender Strat, the neck bends to the left towards the first string, it doesn't bow or anything which would need truss adjusting. How do I fix this? If you want more pics just ask.

You are talking about realigning the neck?
Just loosen the strings, then loosen the 4 bolts, and you should be able to shift the neck to get the strings more centered. Then tighten everything back up.

Merely a realignment issue between neck and body -- pretty common and a relatively easy fix. Do not "yank" the neck though, that's an easy way to end up with a fractured neck pocket. Gentle "persuasion" should be sufficient.

You sure it won't damage the guitar? I tried loosening the bolts just one revolution each and it won't budge.

As soon as I loosened the first bolt I heard a little bit of a cracking sound, not loud but it was there, is that bad?

Not necessarily. You have two pieces of wood attached to one another under tension. Audible "creaking" as you back the screws out is common.
