Lonestar had Sienna Sunburst
Roadhouse had Surf Pearl

From the old Fender site (archives) :

They all came out around the same time it seems.

Just got off the phone with Sammy Ash. He vaguely remembers doing limited order Stratocasters with Duallys in the neck and bridge position but can't supply any further details. Neither his company, nor FMIC have order records going back to the early 90's. Will keep looking.

It was changed to the Double Fat Stratocaster in 2000. From swimming pool route to H-S-H. Discontinued a couple years later.

Yah...we've really been around the block with this. Sammy Ash told me that they've created a constellation of FSR guitars with Fender both through the Factory and Custom Shop..many LTD's of finite number. It has to be that someone on the planet still owns or has owned one. He suggested continually scanning eBay and Craigs list to see if one turns up. All we really need is a photo.

The guitar we seek has Lace Sensor Red Duallys in lieu of humbuckers. It preceded this guitar and was not a regular production piece. It was a limited FSR issue which I personally had in my hands, maybe 2-3 years before the Big Apple Strat was launched.
