I have an American Strat Deluxe

And the neck is too thin, its like it is made for someone with small hands, it reminds me of those yucky ibanez necks.

What strat has the largest neck?

I know the john mayer strat has a pretty large neck.

How does the hot rod vintage 62 vs the new "60s" vintage hot rod ?

The HR '62 has a thick neck, the thickest of any guitar that I have ever owned.

Original JB Strats had the fattest, thickest necks you might expect from Fender.

Why don't you go to a Dealer with a large stock and try by yourself...

The U shape neck on the Classic Series 70's Strat and the Thick Soft V neck on the American Vintage '56 Strat are each a handful.

+1

If nothing there floats your boat it might be time to consider custom lumber from USACG, Warmoth, or Musikraft.

Any guitar with a 10/56 neck might suit you. American Vintage Strat '56 has one.

The fattest Strat neck Fender ever made was the so-called JB style. Jeff has such neck fitted on his personal stage guitar.

I would think that the EJ model neck has to be among the thickest. It feels close to the HR '62, but I've never held a JB model. :?:

The EJ is pretty much a standard 'soft v'....nothing like a 10/56 V which is bulkier.

The current '56 model has a fair old fistful of a neck

That would be the 10/56...likely close to what is described as the 'boat neck' on the above diagram. If you can find your way to the extensive neck profile discussions of years ago we've had on the Eldred Forum you'll come to understand the conundrum. There are a constellation neck shapes in the Fender neck galaxy. Have a look at the Custom Shop order sheet as an example. The only way to one's holy grail of necks is to play 'em.
