I've changed from 9's to 10's and on one guitar from 10s to 11s (Used for slide)
And I didn't need any adjustment but then those guitars weren't Strats.

So my answer is possibly--same as some of the others.
So I'd say-check the intonation & neck and see if they're out.
If they are-adjust them if you know how or get someone who does know how to do it.

Thanks a lot for all your help and tips guys! Only got round to doing this the other day and just had to make small changes to the truss rod and trem springs in the end :)
