A solid body guitar is like a wood furniture . It is the humidity the worst . But guitar can't be damage if humidity don't damage your wood furniture .

A little warm won't damage your guitar

You should take it out and play it, at least occasionally. :)

Your concerns should be in winter season with dry heat if that applies to your location. In those situations, you'll need a humdifer of your guitars to prevent drying out and warping.

Air conditioning in summer, or the lower temperatures in winter time will be dryer as the cooler air cannot hold as much moisture. Adding heat to an already dry room does nothing for humidity. Too dry is as bad as too moist. Ideal is around 50% humidity, cold or hot makes no difference.
