2 posts in a day and a whole lotta hunger for info!

I'll be cleaning the fretboard soon since the strings are getting swapped out.

The question is: What's the best thing to clean a maple fretboard. (I'm Portuguese so I may have trouble finding the product but hey any feedback is positive!)

Btw. While I'm at it I might as well get the guitar the beauty treatment so what's the best for those pesky body fingermarks?

I am a big fan of warm soapy water, soft bristle toothbrush and paper towels to dry it all up with.

Hi, you can't use stuff like fretboard conditioners because unlike a rosewood,or ebony fretboard, your maple fretboard has a coating on it ,and you will end up with a greasy mess. You can try a little guitar polish,(fender makes a good product),some people use lighter fluid, and Markara gave sound advice. Good luck.
