I own a modded Mexican strat with Texas Specials and I'm having a bit of trouble finding a desired pickup height. Can anyone help me with any heights of their own?

Have you tried them real low?

I mean REAL low.

Lower them, then give them another half screwdriver turn lower.

Turn up the Gain on your amp.

You can get some really unusual sonic artifacts from a setup like this. Here you have three magnets, all trying to pull the string in a different direction.

The pole pieces from each of the three p/ups are pulling on the string in an attempting to dampen their natural vibration.

I'm VERY skeptical of that hypothesis (sonic artifacts from low pickups).

With the pickups very low, the pull is almost nothing AND the direction of the pull (if there any measurable amount) would be overwhelmingly downward. In other words to the strings it would fell like one big magnet instead of many little ones.
Lowering the pickups does change the sound but I would not refer to that as “sonic artifacts”
I would argue that the lower your pickups are the MORE natural vibration you get.

Just my opinion however.
