I was looking online at a 1994 traditional black and white strat with active pickups. I have SN and I can only find out that it was made in Corona USA..

Is there any way I can find out what the original retail value was?

How can we help you without seeing some photos and no seral number , nothing except the year ?

If it is an American Standard with frets in good shape no more than $800 with hard case in USA . Less if need some frets work.

650 in the US just look at Craig's list and you will see what they are going for.

Where do you cross reference the SN to original retail price?

N4171332

The Guitar is listed for 600$ Canadian.. Can't really see the frets but it does look like some ware there. Will need to be re-crowned I think.

You don't. You could contact Fender to check the original MSRP. Typically the MSRP x 0.7 = actual selling price new.
