Its a 1996 Fender Standard American Stratocaster.

Anyone have any pictures of theirs of this same color?

Your wife might be a better person to pose a fashion question to..

(The answer is white, or some pearloid white or off-white variant.)

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I know but she is out of town....

Can you look at the strat in my image I posted and tell me the color? It looks yellow but people are telling me everything from Olympic White to Vintage White. To me it looks pastel yellow. Im not sure if I like the color or not. I bought it online and was thinking it was more off white and less yellow. Who plays a yellow strat besides Yngwie J. Malmsteen?

I stand corrected. The black also works if you change all the plastic.

Looks Vintage White to me. It does look darker in the second picture but that could be due to the lighting when the picture was taken.

I like the plain white pickguard, but if you find the finish to be too dark, you may find a pearloid one clashes well makes the finish 'pop'.

I think the white pickguard exudes an subtle elegance that will be hard to improve. You may find black or tortoise to be more dramatic but I'll bet that you tire of them quickly.

I like the mint Green, if you have a rosewood fingerboard.

Else, go white.

I have all black guard and accessories on my Oly White strat and love it. Tried Tort, vintage / aged white and didn't like. At some point, I might try the mint setup just for grins :D
