Squier with a milli-vanilli decal affixed to the headstock.

Buy it new from a reputable Fender dealer. As for used guitars, I have a few pawn shops that I am friends with the owners. They clue me in to the best buys. Plus,I've been around a Strat or two.

Hi krev00, welcome to the Forum.

It's an out-and-out fake. For starters: that headstock has never been near a Fender or licensed factory - the sixth string tuner is too close to the corner; the top of the headstock extends too far above the tuners; the incut next to the second string tuner comes in too near to the line of the machines; the treble side of the headstock is the wrong shape; the nut and end of the fingerboard are not parallel; the black trussrod insert is made of plastic that's thinner than what Fender use... Etc etc etc.

Can't see the body in enough detail to do a similar point-by-point analysis - but there's no need. The case is made.

Fakocaster, and a bad one at that.

I hope you haven't parted with money for it?

Cheers - C

Looking at that, the line of the nut looks off to me.
