Hello Does anyone know if it is possible to install the Fender N3 Noiseless pickups in Fender American Standard Stratocaster? You need to modify anything else? This modification is worth?

Should be a direct replacement. If you needed different pots Fender would include them with the set of three. They did this in the past with other noiseless pickups.

Anyone want to chime in on the pots needed just in case. I know some of you have them.

@bill

It is absolutely necessary to use the S1 switch with the N3s?

Is that a question or a statement? Either way, I see no reason you have to use an S-1. The N3 is a three wire pickup just like my SCNs and I don't need an S-1 with them.

If you are doing a direct replacement between the pickups in your guitar and the N3, you don't have to change pots. They are already 250Kohms.

N3s have a red, green, and black wire attached to them:

Black and green are tied together and soldered to the back of the volume pot. The red wire goes to the switch. Just match the connections with the old pickups.

It would be just that? As simple as that? Why Fender does not provide the wiring diagram on the website?
Anyone know on this forum who have made this change? is it really worth doing it?
I thank the attention and patience.

There is no wiring diagram for what you want because these pickups are only used in the current American Deluxe Strat with the S-1 switch which has very different and much more complex wiring. You asked how to install the N3s in an American Standard and made no mention of installing an S-1 switch, so yes, it is that simple.

bluesky636 thank you.
Just like to know if anyone has done this modification. The kit pickup is costing U$$ 290,17 in Brazil. An investment well priced.

At that price you better hope so. There are plenty of opinions posted here, both pro and con, regarding those pickups.

The N3's are also used on some custom shop guitars with standard switching. I have seen them on sweetwater.
