Put a " small" piece of clothe or shoestring under the knob and pull it .

Some other tricks here ;

Instructions
The Shoestring Method

1
Bring your Stratocaster to a flat, elevated work area, such as a dining table. Lay it down with the front facing upward. Put on a pair of goggles for eye protection.

2
Insert the center of the shoestring underneath the edge of the knob. Hold each side of the string. Wrap the shoestring underneath the edge once to form a loop. Continue holding both sides of the string.

If I'm interpreting your aim correctly, you want to deactivate your existing volume pot, your upper tone pot and have your lower tone pot as a volume. Am I right?
