You will have to unscrew the trem block from the bridge. IF you are lucky there will be a little thread sticking out and you can carefully unscrew it.
If the guitar is still under warranty you might be able to just get a new trem block.
Or buy one.

There is a kit you can buy at a hardware store for pulling bolts, but I think another trem block would be cheaper.

Remove the trem block and see if you got lucky and there is some of the trem arm sticking out.

It will definitely come out. I would suggest checking with family & friends to find someone that works in a tool & die shop. They deal with this kind of stuff all the time and can do the job with zero damage to your guitar. Should only take them a few minutes too. If all else fails you can do it yourself and drill into whats left of your tailpiece and use a tool called an "easy out" you can get at an auto supply retailer. They should be able to tell what size drill and easy out you need. If you're not really good controlling a drill you can do serious damage to your guitar though.

Good Luck.

Hi, if you don't use the trem, then leaving it there is your best bet for now. However, should you decide to get the bolt's piece that's stuck, you can drill the center and use a self tapping screw to be rotated at your convenience (e.g., pulling it counterclockwise upwards or rotate the screw clockwise through the bottom.)

Regards,
 Bill

I got an idea you might want to try. If you didn't have your arm screwed in tight, then the bolt should be in there pretty loose right? If so, you can get a nail with a head small enough to fit in the hole and super glue the nail head to the top of the bolt and then you might be able to screw it out that way.
