I have a MIM 60s Classic Series guitar along with a 50th Anniversary 50's Classic Series and bought both new and these had quality on par with the MIA 57/62 Reissues with the exception of three things...a poly vs lacquer finish, pickups, and a smaller zinc trem block. Both played incredibly well and had NO issues ever.

I have never seen a bridge miss aligned on a MIM Classic series guitar, these are probably the top of the line MIM guitars and think the neck shifted a bit and just needed to be adjusted. Now you have a real problem on your hands. First thing you should do is NEVER take another guitar to that "Luthier" :!: :!: :!:

I will change my Luthier. :P
I do not worry about this guitar very much. It is still playable.

Yeah what he said! I too have a classic 50's and classic 60's, and with upgrading a few parts T2 mentioned, although I have no issue with my pickups, I like em just fine, they are very worthy guitars IMO.
