What a amazing axe, congratulations! :)

In addition to the pictures a couple of videos is welcomed (just to show us that gritty bad boy in action!).

Didn't charley have just the one tone pot? I remember someone was selling replica circuits on ebay a little while back.

Still it looks pretty freakin great, really slick job.

Charley came with a master tone pot.

Fabricio's replica is a bit different.

Yes, there is an extra pot, but it´s not a tone pot...
I´ve put this extra pot to control the blender circuit, that adds the bidge pickup to the current pickup switch option. This aloows me to join bridge+neck pickups and bridge+middle+neck pickups...

You can see a video of this guitar here:

I´ve asked my friend (Pedro Brum) to play some SRV licks on it...

Now I´m opening a new post looking for info about another SRV guitar...
It´s a surf green hollow body stratocaster with lipstick pickups and a "hook shape headstock!

Bravo! Your friend has nice chops there.. Not the typical pentatonic licks that I see a lot of players use, and well done with the Strat build.. Very impressed. :)

The guitar sounds bad azz! Pedro's got some pretty good chops. The guitar appears to play really good.

What pickups did you use? They sound really good.

It´s a set of 3 danelectro pickups adapted for strat that I´ve bought on ebay.
At least it´s what the seller told me... But it doesn´t metter now! Now I know it sounds really good and my client (the guy who asked me to build it) is 100% satisfied!

See you guys!
Regards!
Fabricio

Well, you're touching on client/cost here. Suggest this be taken to a private messaging format in keeping with the Forum's guidelines. Nothing personal....just say'in.
