I want to thank everybody for their input--I got some great tips! I have decided my course of action: I purchased some Guitar Honey, and I'm going to "feed" the fingerboard at least twice a year. Once at the start of winter, and once at the end of winter. That way she'll get a big drink right before the dry season and right after. If it looks/feels like she needs a drink mid-season, I'll top her off again when needed. Again, I appreciate all the input. From reading other posts I've gathered that pics of your guitar are almost a required addition  , so in my next post I'll attach a pick of my guitar. See you around on the Forum!

Fret Doctor or Dr. Duck. On rosewood and ebony once a year 5 minute soak. Rest of time as a cleaning oil with quick wipe off, even on maple necks. Use a terrycloth that has a little oil on it at gigs to wipe and lube strings before and between sets.

A good article on oils by the Fret Doctor.
