I changed my Am Fat Strat Texas Special from GHS 9/42 to EB cobalt 9/42 and no adjustments were necessary. Your results may vary.

Very nice strings btw but somewhat pricey!

get rid of the terrible Ernie Balls lol, I have always found they buzz for me could restring with Ernie Balls play for say 5 days, buzz constantly, then restring with D'addario's and they never buzz. That's my personal experience though
