I bought a used American deluxe yesterday at a local guitar shop. The thing came loaded with emg sax pickups along with the original ones also. My question is I went put it back to stock last night when I took the pickgaurd off it says Beck stamped in it along with the bar codes saying beck. Everything looks to spec as far as comparing to the Internet but the serial number is as follows US10123953 any help would be great

You'll need to post pics to be sure, but sounds like it might be one of two things, a Jeff Beck Stratocaster that has had the pickups modded (most likely) or it is a true partscaster someone put together.
