I like Lace Sensor Gold cause the dynamics. Is better for me with loud volume than others and is not for the noise,is how break the tone at up volumen scenarios.
I use a 500k volume pot too.

Gold Lace Sensors are my favorite that came in Fenders.

Aftermarket, I love Fralin Blues Specials. I also have a set in a Tele too. Great sets.

Fat 50s for me.

After market, you can't beat Don Mare's Formvar 50s.

Guess I like that vintage sound...

I have installed the Zexcoil pick-ups build your own. I put a Juicy Bucker in the bridge and a SV5 Vintage 5+ in the middle and a SV5 Vintage 5+ in the neck. I installed a push pull 500 ohm pot and a 500 ohm volume pot and a 250 blending pot. what great sound these pick-ups have. They will truly blow you away.
