I have to keep bending my neck sideways so I can see the head-stock better. It looks like a Squier '70's head-stock with the logo from a regular head-stock Fender strat.;)

An authentic 70s head stock (far as I can recall) would have a silver "bullet" style truss rod adjustment fitting that would pop out the headstock right behind the nut.

That would be a 65 or 66 headstock and guitar. It has the transition Fender Logo, pearloid dots, no bullet truss rod adjustment at the headstock end, different tunes, and extra string tree added, etc. The guitar looks mostly original with the exception of the pickguard and its switches and pickups.

Couldn't it also be a '67? I thought that Fender didn't switch to the large black logo until 1968.

I guess we could also look it up and see what Ry says it is.

I think this is the strat he was using back in 70s during chicken skin music except now its been modified through the kazoo.
