Wow what difference new frets make. it's like i have a new guitar.
cost me $240 out the door, 4 day turn around.
resurfaced the fretboard, new nut, dunlop 6000 jumbo frets, dressed and polished.
sorry i suck at taking pics. they don't do the work justice.

Resurfacing the fretboard? did he/she changed the radius as well?
Looks great, Dunlop 6000 is überjumbo 8)

All the best,
Robin

did not change the radius, just made sure the board was level before adding the frets.
and adding a slight angle from about the 12th fret to the end of the board for lower action beyond the 12th fret, i forgot the technical name this is called, but have seen many luthiers do this.

this is a funny story on the history of the guitar,
as my MIM 07 has a 85 MIJ neck, and the Luthier is from Japan.
to have someone from Japan work on my MIJ neck here in Minnesota is just weird in a good way.
His Name is Ken Koga, and if your in the area, or you can ship it to him if you like,
you will be very happy with the work, as i have been playing for about 35 years,
and played everything, this is one of the best playing strats ever.
