I want to upgrade my Highway One Strat. It has three texas special pups and I think it might be cool to attach them to an S1 wiring harness...

Anyone know if this is possible? Any help would be appreciated.

thanks!

i don't see why not. if you don't know how to do that stuff, i'd just take it down to your local shop and have them do it... maybe someone else will know some reason why you can't, but i don't see why not...

If you look at a wiring diagram for the S1 there are three wires soldered to each pickup. the Texas specials have only 2 leads coming off of each pickup... I just don't know if they are compatible with that system... is there a place where you just solder on the third wire?

thanks!
