Hey All,

I have a highway one, I think it's a 2004 or 2005 and I'd like to replace the humbucker.

I like the pup distorted, mostly, but I feel it's very muddy when I'm using high gain. I'd like 498T, or similar in there but Im not sure what I'd need to do to replace it.

Can anybody tell me if I'd need to replace the pots?

What pups would actually fit my guitar without routing - do f-space pups work?

I'd really like something that overdrives well but cleans up nicely too. I dont need metal tones and I'm not a ceramic fan... hence the 498T - or if somebody can recommend me something similar.
