This makes me sad - it is so undignified. I almost want to buy it, just to give it some dignity back.

I like how the seller has a reserve price on it. You would think that he'd take any offer that he could get. :P

I was expecting to read in the description of the guitar "I like my neck warped and with a twist in it. I love the intonation being off. Dead spots are amazing!" That thing is so hideous ,but I wouldn't be surprised if someone thinks it's amazing lol I guess as long as he/she liked it I guess that's all that matters. >>

The perpetrator needs to be charged with crimes against a Stratocaster and persecuted to the fullest extent of the law..................except there is no law against this unfortunately :(

Glad it isn't just me...
The image of someone stepping back and going "yes, that's it, my work here is done" is almost as hard to fathom as that headstock.
How long until someone buys it, then posts on here asking if it is legit? :D

Better yet. How long until some buys it and comes on here like "Hey guys check out my awesome new buy! It's the most perfect Statocaster ever! It even plays and sounds better that a '54! I wouldn't doubt that one day it will be worth like $8,000"

Maybe it's just me but I think that headstock is a little bit off.

Still worth a shot if the reserve is low enough though, for two reasons -

1) Pop a new neck on there, and it would be a perfectly decent Strat!

2) You'd then have the pleasure of carefully relocating the existing neck to a more suitable new home, like, oh, I don't know - a bonfire.
