I picked up this beauty on Friday. Deluxe Players Strat. Super nice! It plays like a dream. The little lady has to work today and I'm off. This git is going to get a workout with my pedals. Should be a great Blues player!! Happy me!

I've never been one for the gold colored hardware I've always preference for chrome (on everything not just guitars) but I've always loved sunburst and I have to say it's a beautiful guitar Enjoy her

She's a sweet looking guitar but if I were you I'd spend a long while just playing her clean without any effects other than the natural overdrive of the amp.There will be lots of time for pedals but I've found that the best way to get to know a new guitar is to play her clean and get acquainted with her every nuance when played that way.When trying pedals with a new guitar I really take my time and play each pedal alone and use every possible setting of the pedal when played through every possible pickup combination of the guitar. Anyway enjoy your new baby and I hope you have many happy years with her.
